Teddy Bear Cookies

Bear Cookies- a recipe.


  1. 110 gr of flour
  2. 20 grams of potato starch;
  3. pinch of salt (optional: pinch of cinnamon and cocoa powder);
  4. 40 grams of sugar syrup;
  5. 10 grams of honey;
  6. 30 grams of vegetable oil.


Preheat oven to 1600C.  

All dry ingredients are mixed with a whisk. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar syrup, honey and butter with a whisk. Then mix with a whisk until smooth.

Roll out the dough. Using the form, cut out the shape of a bear and make holes for the eyes and nose with a sharp wand. Put almonds / hazelnut / cashew on the bear's tummy. Bend the paws of the bear, gently push it so that the nut remains in place.

Bake for 10 minutes.
