- green onion 0.5 glass;
- potatoes (medium size) 4 pcs;
- lemon 1 pc;
- olive oil 1 tsp;
- parsley 0.5 glass;
- garlic 1 clove.
Boil the potatoes until cooked, peel and press down to the consistency of mashed potatoes. Salt to taste. Crush parsley and green onions.
Add the lemon zest and olive oil to the greenery. Chop the garlic and add to the same. Salt a little.
Heat the butter well in a frying pan.
