Navy noodlesis a recipe.
- noodles or pasta
- minced (any) 400 gr;
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.;
- 1 pound onion
- Garlic, salt, pepper and seasonings to taste;
Dice onion, tomato paste mixed with very warm water (150-200 ml), skip the garlic through a press or chop, chop the greens.
Fry minced meat for 5 minutes over high heat, add the onions, fry for another minute, pour boiling water (100-150ml), cover and simmer for at least 10 minutes (without interfering).
In the meantime, boil the noodles without a bit of finish.
Add minced tomato paste, garlic, salt, spices and greens to the mince, mix, make fire to the maximum, and after a minute reduce it to a minimum, cover and simmer for half an hour.
Add noodles to mincemeat, mix and bring to readiness (10 min) under a closed lid on medium heat.
Serve with grated cheese.
