Lecho- recipe for lecho.
- 3 kg tomato;
- 1.5 cups of sugar;
- 1 cup of vegetable oil;
- 8-10 black peppercorns;
- 2 tbsp. l. salt;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
- 3 kg of sweet pepper.
Tomatoes are turned through the meat grinder, put to boil, add sugar, butter, black pepper, salt, bay leaf, vinegar. Boil for 30 minutes, then add the pre-cut pepper, boil for another 5-10 minutes. We roll into banks, turn them over, wrap them until they cool down completely.
Banks sterilize them in the oven, put them in the cold, so as not to burst and sterilize for 30 minutes. Lids can be sterilized by simply boiling for 2-3 minutes. You can keep lecho without a refrigerator all winter.
