How to cook pasta with bell pepper

Spaghetti with vegetables and sesame can be cooked on fast days. Fragrant pasta goes well with meat and poultry.

Recipe:

  1. Crush the garlic, cut the pepper into cubes. Fry vegetables and sesame in vegetable oil.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, transfer it to the pan.
  3. Add ketchup, mix the products and cook them for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve spaghetti with sausages, meatballs or stewed chicken.

Pepper Pasta

To make the dish look brighter, it is better for him to take peppers of different colors.

Ingredients:

  • penne paste - 500 g;
  • pork - 500 g;
  • sweet pepper - 8 pcs .;
  • onions - 2 pcs .;
  • sunflower oil - 90 g;
  • parsley - 0.5 bunch;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • ground paprika - 7 g;
  • black pepper and salt - to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Cut the meat into cubes, and pepper and onion into strips. Fry the pork and vegetables separately in vegetable oil.
  2. Combine the prepared products in a pan, add herbs, salt and spices. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Boil the pasta, mix it with vegetables and meat.

Serve with tomato sauce.

Pasta with bell peppers and porcini mushrooms

Cream sauce gives the dish a unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients:

  • spaghetti - 800 g;
  • cream - 400 g;
  • white mushrooms - 200 g;
  • sweet red pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • olive oil - 100 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • parsley - 0.5 bunch;
  • chili pepper - ¼ pcs .;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and onions into cubes.
  2. Heat the butter and vegetable oil in the pan. Fry the onions to transparency, add the mushrooms. Cook food over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add diced sweet pepper to the pan, pour the cream in 4-6 minutes.
  4. Salt and pepper the sauce, then cover it with a lid and simmer over medium heat. After 10 minutes, add chopped garlic, grated cheese and chopped chili peppers.
  5. After another 8-10 minutes, mix the sauce with the chopped greens and remove the pan from the stove.
  6. Boil the pasta, transfer it to a deep pan. Combine spaghetti with sauce, heat the food on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Serve the finished dish immediately.

If you want to give the pasta its original flavor, add capers, olives or olives to the sauce.
