Folding wooden staircase
Foldable aluminum ladder in the building store of my city is not cheap. That's why I decided on this master class in order to make a ladder made of wood, which will not be just as good as purchased, and maybe even better. In any case, this is not as difficult as it may seem, but the money saved is worth it.The angle of attachment tactics is the same as at the base. I fasten everything to the screws with a pre-drill hole for each one so that the tree does not crack.
The staircase has an A-shape, 5 steps on each side. The base consists of four boards: two on one side, two on the other. At what distance will move the legs of the ladder can be determined experimentally. After this, it is necessary with the help of a construction protractor to draw the corners and cut them off at the boards above and below. This is necessary so that the legs and the upper platform at the open staircase are parallel to the ground. After the frame of the stairs is ready, it came to the steps. I cut them from thick boards.
MaterialI needed a spruce board: four sizes 18 × 150 mm for the frame and two 44 × 94 mm for the steps.
