English thin pancakes

English thin pancakesis a recipe.


  1. wheat flour 150 gr;
  2. large chicken egg 2 pcs;
  3. milk 300 ml;
  4. water 150 ml;
  5. salt to taste;
  6. vegetable oil to taste.


In a bowl, sift flour and a pinch of salt. We make a hole in the center and break the eggs into it. Mix well. Pour in the milk and water, mix again. Add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, stir and dispatch to a cool place for 2 hours.

Heat the pan well over medium heat, lightly smeared with vegetable oil.

We bake thin pancakes, pouring 1 tbsp. l. dough and spreading over the surface until ready and golden in color on both sides.

Serve pancakes with butter, condensed milk, various jams.
