Coffee Chateau

Coffee Chateau- a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tbsp. l. ground coffee;
  2. 4 glasses of cherry liqueur;
  3. 4 tablespoons of Chantilly cream.
  4. For cream:
  5. 1/2 liter of fatty cream
  6. 50 gr of powdered sugar
  7. vanilla sugar or vanilla essence.

Cooking

Prepare the cream: very strongly chilled cream, start whisking slowly until the cream begins to thicken and form. Then add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue whipping at high speed until the cream does not fall off the fork of the mixer, whisk a little more at a low speed. Prepare ordinary strong coffee for 4 cups. In a heated cup pour a glass of liqueur and pour very hot coffee. Put the cream on top.
