Mangoes are one of our favorite ways to make a creamy green smoothie, thanks to their soluble fiber that helps bind the smoothie ingredients together. When at their peak in the summer heat, mangoes are extra sweet and juicy. Make sure you peel the skin and take out the seed before you toss the rest in your blender for a tropical treat.

Mango-Orange Madness(from ) 
Serves 2

2 c spinach
2 c unsweetened coconut water
1 orange, peeled
1 c mango
1 banana

Blend spinach, coconut water, and orange until smooth. Add mango and banana and blend until smooth.

3. Blackberries

Blackberries contain ellagic acid, which is a natural phenol antioxidant that may help reduce the risk of cancer and protect skin from sun damage. The deep, purple berries can have a tart taste, but when combined with naturally sweet fruits, your green smoothies will be popping with flavor and nutrients. If you're not a fan of seeds in your drink, use a sieve to remove them once you're done blending.

1½ c spinach
½ c fresh mint
2 c unsweetened coconut water
2 c blackberries
2 kiwifruit, halved 

Directions:
Blend spinach, mint, and coconut water until smooth. Add blackberries and kiwi and blend until smooth.

4. Cucumbers

Cucumbers are almost 95% water and are packed with vitamin K, B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin C, and manganese. Their refreshing flavor pairs nicely with lemon. We recommend peeling your cucmber before blending to get the smoothest texture and remove any wax coating.

1 c chopped honeydew 
1 c chopped cucumber
2 c grapes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chia seeds 

Blend spinach, honeydew, and cucumber until smooth. Add grapes, lemon juice, and chia seeds and blend until smooth.
